Junior swimmers are expected to attend their Friday night session on a regular basis. All other sessions are optional – but the more you swim, the faster you’ll improve. Sessions are structured around the abilities of Friday evening training groups as shown below. If you have questions about the suitability of a particular session, just ask one of our coaches whether it would be right for you.
